Pokemon Go is now on Android app market and iPhone app market. Currently, only the users who live in Australia and New Zealand, are able to download Pokemon Go. All the other countries need to wait until the release date. however, there`s one way. Actually, two ways to make you able to play. 

Warning: Personally, highly recommend to wait for the release date and following the method below is your responsibility to take a risk.

- 1. Use VPN access.

By using VPN services, anyone able to access Australia and New Zealand`s Android app market and iPhone app market and able to download and play Pokemon Go. However, you need to understand that this is not a correct access. So, its possible that you might banned from the server.

- 2. Download APK files from other websites.

Several well-known APK website provides Pokemon Go APK file. You can download and play with that APK file. But! there are very high risks. The APK file itself is not an up to date file, so may not able to connect.

The APK file might contains Virus.

The server might ban you. because of that illegal APK file.

Once again, Personally recommend to wait until proper release date.
